Cost-Effective Large Format Printing Solutions
In 2021, a lot of businesses will still be trying to catch their breath financially after a very challenging year. However, they’ll also want to show their customers that they’re ready to serve them as things go slowly back to normal. How to do this on a budget?
A good compromise is versatile, cost-effective products that you can reposition and use in different situations according to your advertising needs. Signs, vinyl banners, and flags are some of the alternatives that fit these criteria.
Spectacular Graphics and Building Wraps
On the other hand, companies know that resuming normal activities will be a historic moment, and they’ll want to make a big splash if their budget allows it.
For some time now, spectacular graphics have become a way of commemorating moments that resonate with the public consciousness. Window graphics, floor graphics, fleet graphics, and above all, building wraps are some of the striking visual solutions that brands will use to mark this unique occasion.
If you want to get a sense of what these graphics may look like, we believe that this project we finished a couple of months ago is a good indicator.
The Return of the Display Booth
It’s a well-known fact that 2020 brought in-person events to a halt. This necessary decision has had many economic and commercial ramifications, so much so that (as you may remember from a previous post) brands have tried to organize safe in-person events, although it hasn’t been exactly easy.
An educated guess is that we may see again large in-person gatherings (like conventions and concerts) sometime between late 2021 and early 2022. And when it finally happens, brands of all types will want to welcome back their customers with memorable and innovative display booths.
Optimism
Optimism will probably be one of the hallmarks of visual communication in 2021.
It’s no secret that eras of distress are usually followed by years of wild optimism. If you want an example, just look at the so-called “roaring 1920s,” the exuberant decade that came after the First World War, and yes, the 1918 pandemic.
With this precedent in mind, we may see in 2021 a large format printing landscape dominated by bright colors, playful ideas, and lots of out-of-the-box thinking—precisely the type of solutions we excel at here at CR&A.
