We specialize in providing large scale printing services, including design, printing, and installation. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
3. Orders and Payment
You may place orders for our services through our website or by contacting us directly. Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before the commencement of any project.
4. Design Approval
For custom designs, you will be provided with proofs for approval before printing. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve all designs. We will not be held responsible for any errors, typos, or design flaws once the design is approved.
5. Turnaround Time
We will provide an estimated turnaround time for each project. While we make every effort to meet the deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from delays in project completion.
6. Intellectual Property
You agree that all designs, artwork, and content provided to us for printing do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You retain ownership of your intellectual property, but you grant us a license to reproduce, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CR+A CUSTOM be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
8. Payment Terms
At C R & A Custom Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional products and services to our valued customers. Our payment terms for all custom orders are
structured as follows: a 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement, with the remaining 50% due prior to installation. For your convenience, we offer multiple payment options, including check payments and net terms. However, to facilitate these payment methods, we kindly request that all interested parties complete a credit application. Additionally, for resellers, we require the submission of a Reseller Certificate (Form CDTFA-230-G-1) as part of our application process. Please note that credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge for Visa and MasterCard transactions, and a 5% surcharge for American Express payments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these payment terms, which help us continue to provide you with high-quality custom solutions.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Laws of the State Of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
