The right decoration can take any event or special occasion to a whole different level. And to prove it, we take a look at one of our recent projects. Here, custom prints helped turn a flower bar bridal shower into more than a celebration: a joyful experience where every detail added to the magic of the moment.
Custom Graphics
What if you could recreate anything (any idea, any place in the world) for your event? That would be pretty impressive, right?
Custom graphics allow you to do just that. With some imagination and the help of a dependable large format printing company, there’s no limit to the effects you can create.
For example, since flowers were the unifying theme of the event in our example, we made a custom print that evokes the striped awnings seen in Parisian flower shops.

Bar Signs
Bar signs display the different beverages available during events or gatherings and provide useful information such as the name of the drinks, their content, and their origin.
The bar sign you see here was digitally printed on gatorboard and features high-quality illustrations that contributed to the general sense of sophisticated fun.
Note that even the bar sign features flowers, which act as the visual thread tying together both the graphic project and the event itself.
Custom Signs
When you’re hosting an event, you want attendees to relax and enjoy themselves. However, any successful event calls for a certain degree of organization and order. How to reconcile these two aspects?
Custom signs are the answer. A well-designed sign conveys important information without detracting from the atmosphere of the occasion. In fact, custom signs enhance the character of your event!
In our example, signs emulating a flower shop chalkboard were created to provide instructions about how to use the flower bar.
Always in keeping with the same design idea, smaller allergy signs informed attendees about the content of the food served during the event.
Seating Chart
A seating chart is a diagram representing the seating plan for an event. These charts help guests find their assigned table, seat, or just the general area where they are expected to sit.
As with other types of event signs, seating charts help keep things orderly without interfering with the fun.
The sitting chart you see here was digitally printed on foam board and in addition to the sitting information, it also includes an elegant floral illustration.
Place Cards
Place cards are used in all types of special events to help guests find their assigned seats at the table. They are usually placed on the table, either on the person’s plate or right beside it.
The place cards pictured below were printed on acrylic with the names in golden and a full-color floral illustration, in an eye-catching display of the versatility of digital printing.

Table Runner
A table runner is a narrow, decorative piece of fabric placed down the center of a table during events. Table runners add a dash of color and texture to any table while protecting the surface from unwelcome spills.
The subtle floral print in our example adds visual interest to the table and helps create a cohesive experience for attendees.
Custom Textile Prints
While signs are fundamental, they’re far from your only option to breathe life into your event.
Modern digital printers can print on a wide variety of surfaces, including textiles, giving you even more ways to create a unique experience.
And although T-shirts and baseball hats are classic alternatives, we encourage you to surprise your guests with a creative choice that complements the theme of your party.
For the event in our example, sublimation was used to print an enchanting floral design and an inspirational quote on aprons of the type worn by floral assistants.
Attendees used the aprons to protect their clothes as they enjoyed the flower bar and were allowed to keep them as a souvenir of a unique (and uniquely colorful) occasion.
